All orders are subject to product availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after successful payment verification. Delivery time depends on the shipping partner and your location. You will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallet payments. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in INR and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
