Is Cash on Delivery available?＋
No, COD is currently not available. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay's secure checkout.
How long does delivery take?＋
Kerala: 5 – 10 business days. Rest of India: 10 – 15 business days. Orders are dispatched within 5 – 15 business days.
Is shipping free?＋
Free shipping across Kerala. ₹100 flat delivery to the rest of India.
Can I exchange a product?＋
Yes — within 7 days of delivery for wrong, damaged or defective products. Items must be unused with original tags. Customized and sale items can't be exchanged.
Can I get a refund?＋
We offer exchanges rather than refunds. In exceptional approved cases, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?＋
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched.
How do I track my order?＋
Sign in and open My Account → your order to see live status. You'll also receive tracking details on WhatsApp/email when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?＋
We ship to selected international locations. Message us on WhatsApp with your address and we'll confirm options and charges.
Do you have physical stores?＋
Yes — visit us at Adimali (AIM Shopping Complex, Vivekananda Road) or Rajakkad (Kallarukutty Road). Open Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM.
